Decades ago someone has said that “Necessity is the mother of invention” but now this sentence falls like a mythical imagination, when you see and observe the policy and plans of government and persons sitting at the top who are just focusing to withdraw their benefits and how could they reap out sources to feed their self motives.
Instead of finding out effective measures and trying to solve the food crop restoration and protection problem the think tanks are just trying to overlap their inefficient plans and manipulating their mistakes. It’s the time perhaps to take a stand away and finding ways to provide food grains to those needy and poor people at the bottom of pyramid, instead of taking the assistance and technological measures from other countries which are good at it our think tanks are busy doing paperwork’s to show that the quantity of grains wastage mentioned in the daily’s are less compared to it.
Countries which are at the top of pyramid they know it and have been practicing Silo techniques and measures to protect the food grains and agri productivity of their esteemed economy and they have shown how one can go against the traditional measures and can protect the wastage of food crops to feed the much needed hunger of their population. Even when you look at the policies established to cater the requirements of Poor Peoples down the line i.e. BPL it seems that these are helping to those people who are already at the top I mean things are going in so corrupted and wrong manner that those who needs and deserves the BPL card are not getting it and its been allotted to someone else who really do not requires it almost one third of all the BPL cards allotted and preference are with those who don’t need it but what one can do it’s in the system that “Preference has been given to those who are Preferred”.
Further for the sake of building understanding I am denoting facts drawn from Arindam Chaudhari’s article that almost 11400 thousand tons of food crops have been spoiled and wasted so far in the rack less and infected godowns. No effective measures have been taken so far to protect the bulks of food grains and crops.
And our think tanks and ruling government talks of poverty removal and enriching better life standards which seems to be better on showcased paper not on grounds of reality. Still the 56% of country’s population striving their life below poverty line not above. According to one survey done recently combined population of 18 countries of African Continent most of which became independent in earlier nineties is less then combined population of top 6 poorest states in India and almost 60% of their esteemed population is capable to earn and spend $2 in a day.
Further talking about the salary hike of our MP’s though cabinet has increased it to 50000 basic from 16000 leaving inflation issue and economies well being away how good is that, there are 545 MP’s in country and additional lodge of salary hike for MP’s will cost 142 crores rupee to government and most importantly government always say that fiscal deficit is so and so will it be worth to pay additional to MP’s.
And if we talk about the Petroleum matter lastly government said we are bearing the loss to cover the loss suffered by oil companies and if it is so from where you will get the fund to pay 50k a month to each of our Jan Pratinidhi, well I guess you will again ask for loan from world bank or any other institution to cover the fund and financial concern, and it will does value addition to fiscal deficit it wouldn’t sound cool. Already the rate of Inflation is in double digit apporx 12.35 you will again do the economical locha to increase the panic of public. I guess in such conditions it’s worthwhile to seat in PVR and watch PIPLI LIVE while singing “Sakhi saiyan to khubai kamat hai menhgai dayan khaye jat hai”.
