Face of Fresher’s Facing Myths in Corporate and Real Life


Its astonishing fact which has been seen and experienced in recent past which is not at all justified, how could you judge a person just with experience that he has got in his field, if he has it you got it all otherwise sorry we aren’t looking for you? If someone has got any sort of knowledge and proficiency in any other field firstly try to get it explored with regards to your objectives let him fall down steps, let him perform, let him realize that either he is capable to look after this job or not and then you decide would you like to go ahead with that person or not, but if you are just trying to ask someone whether he is experienced or not I don’t think it’s worth to watch or play.

In this big gigantic corporate world immense opportunities are relying which could be reaped out but before that youngsters are required to get some roles to shape that out or they should be provided with ample chances to prove themselves. Someone is striving there out to explore himself to let his talent be exploited but he wouldn’t be recognized just because either he is not from premium B Schools he hasn’t got the tag of IIM’s or he is not experienced so why he should be tested once.

I just want to ask and know from the HR peoples and think tanks sitting on the top that until and unless you employ someone you give chance to someone how will he get the expertise and then you say every now and then we are looking for experienced one, damn you just tell me at the initial when you had started your career someone has given you chance to explore yourself that’s why now you are experienced enough, and all of you start crying for experienced persons who is going to employ fresher’s and from where you will get the batch of experienced persons if fresher’s wouldn’t be recommended think about it.

And I don’t think so that being from IIM is all that will help you to realize your goals it’s the caliber and willingness of a candidate which will help you out to get it, further I don’t think all the leaders from big corporate houses have been mastered from IIM’s. Even I don’t meant to say that  job opportunities are not there all I want to say is never ever experience should be the criteria for filling a job profile in a organization instead it should be the willingness and skills of candidates, further I want to add that if you put the tag of distinction and merit scholars for the recruitment it wouldn’t solve your problems it’s not necessary that one who has scored good marks in studies will be good enough to apply it in the relevant profession rather it’s the way one carry out his skills in required manner because every other brain on this planet has got special individual thoughts and ideas which can be utilized depends on your preference. But if you think that just by setting the criteria of first division in competitive exams, Bank PO exams or any selection procedure you will get the good candidates sorry to say you don’t know how to craft the things out.

Think twice before you act and never complain once you react because if you will judge things wisely victory will be of yours and your organization but if you fail it will be your judgment that will be recognized wrong.

Lastly I would like to say first empower someone to exploit his talent and potential then you tag him whether he is capable or not and before that never ask are you experienced, how much percentage you have got or which college or school you are from, because neither it’s the school or early experience which will let you decide who is capable and who is not it’s you only you who can give someone chance to prove himself and thereafter only you can decide his level..
